Repair work backed by a real shop

Plenty of operations offer mobile welding. What is less common is a mobile crew backed by a fabrication shop that can make the replacement member, an engineering relationship that can confirm the repair is adequate, and thirty years of experience with how Southern California buildings actually fail.

That combination matters when a repair turns out to be bigger than it looked. We can fabricate a replacement section, coordinate a structural evaluation and complete the work without handing you off to another contractor mid problem.

What we repair

Vehicle impact damage to columns, bollards and guard systems. Corroded beams, connections and base plates in coastal and wash down environments. Cracked welds and fatigued connections. Loose or failing handrails and guardrails. Damaged stair treads and stringers. Overloaded or deflected platforms and mezzanines. Failed equipment supports and dunnage.

We also perform field modification work, which is its own category. Adding a penetration through an existing beam, relocating a support, cutting in a new opening or adapting an existing structure to new equipment all require confirmation that the modification does not compromise the member, and then careful execution.
